Shipment processing time
Mèsi (Thank you) for visiting and shopping at nou bèl. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We strive to process and ship orders ASAP. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
Our nou bèl logo shirts are shipped/ fulfilled directly from the manufacturer. Due to COVID19 their shipping times are currently longer.
We are family owned so if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our nou bèl logo shirts have the price of shipping included within the overall price. When added to the cart by itself you will see free shipping, when added with our nou bèl skin care products shipping is charged for our products only. NOT the shirt.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for fraud reasons. Shipping address must match billing address or order will be cancelled.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You should receive a confirmation number immediately after purchase, we will provide tracking to email provided within 48 hours of shipping. BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH SHIPPING ADRESS OR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED. IF SYSTEM DETECTS SUSPICION OF FRAUD ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
Customs, duties, and taxes
nou bèl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
nou bèl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at customercare@noubel.shop directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
